found Bird 24, Feb 2
Hi!
I was so excited when I found your bird #24 on February 2nd (in the trees by Fike) when I was chatting with my classmate after we walked to our cars from class one evening. I looked up and happened to see it. I made plans to place it somewhere with the friend, then we both just got busy with school and I set the bird aside in my bedroom and kept forgetting. Now the semester is over and the friend and I have gone our separate ways. But I still have the bird and took it to Charleston with me for Mother's Day. Then we didn't end up putting it out. I will post/send pictures to you as soon as I do place it somewhere. My step-sister just went to France--I wish I had sent it with her! This is a really neat project and I hope the birds all end up somewhere really cool! What a fun idea!! :)

Bird 2 arrived safely in the bayou state
Bird 2 had a hankering for oyster po-boys and crawfish pizza, so he headed south to Lake Fausse Point State Park in Louisiana with a side trip to New Orleans. He doesn't know where he'll go next, but hopefully the food is almost as good. |
